NCTC TO HOST BLACK HISTORY PROGRAM – North Central Texas College will celebrate Black History Month with a special program on Feb. 20. The program “New Visions: Making Black History in Your Life and in the Lives of Others” will be presented at 7 p.m., on Thursday, Feb. 20 at the First State Bank Center for the Performing Arts on the NCTC Gainesville campus.
